Shipping & Delivery

PROCESSING & DELIVERY HOURS:
We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:
Some items if out of stock or due to availability will not ship until a later date as indicated in the product description. Leaside Hockey Shop will contact the buyer via email to decide if the order is to still proceed.

P.O. BOXES:
Leasidehockeyshop.com will ship P.O. Box orders through Canada Post or a suitable delivery service. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY:
Orders are shipped in corrugated boxes or poly-mailers. There will be a copy of the receipt inside the package with your order. If customers are buying items as gifts, they can request that the receipt not be included in the package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, orders from Leasidehockeyshop.com can only be shipped within  Canada. For United States and all other International orders please contact us via email for delivery quotes.

CANADIAN SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post Mail or suitable delivery service. All orders over $125.00 before taxes are shipped FREE of charge or standard shipping  for orders under $100.00 within Canada.

UNITED STATES ORDERS - ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

When ordering Leasidehockeyshop.com merchandise, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to U.S.A

Orders shipped to USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
